Canyoning without ropes of the Dourbie
Once you are equipped and have completed the approach walk, we will take our time to make the most of the many slides, crawls, swims, tunnels and jumps that this fun, wild and little frequented course offers!
You will be in a small group all day in a real postcard!
Accessible from the age of 11/12 years, this wild canyon, without ropes is an outdoor activity to share with family or friends in the heart of the Cevennes National Park.
To get to the start, we will walk along an old channel for 20 minutes. Once all the safety instructions have been given, you will be ready to start the activity!
The canyon of the Gorges de la Dourbie is made up of small, non-compulsory jumps ranging from 3 to 8 metres in height. But also numerous slides and siphons (underwater rock tunnels, not compulsory) or beautiful suspended basins and sometimes communicating!
The picnic in the giant pots will not leave you indifferent!
In short, you are on one of the most beautiful routes in France, which can also be done in extreme kayak when the water levels are higher!
After a last swim in the pools, called the "Bubble Bazaar", we will walk for about 20 minutes on a rather steep mountain path to reach the vehicles.
